Our Property Manager, Tina Lau, is a full-time licensed property manager whose sole responsibility is to manage property on Oahu. She has been with our company for over 20 years and manages both condominiums and single family houses from Ewa to Hawaii Kai for owners who live here and as far away as Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and all parts of the mainland U.S.A. She works hard at getting our owners top dollar, 0% vacancy, and being readily available for communication.
We provide our owners with monthly statements(click for example) that are easy to read and gives the owner an exact up-to-date cash flow breakdown of their Hawaii investment property.
